MEOVV’s Ella Gross Chosen As Miu Miu’s Newest Brand Ambassador, Joining IVE’s Jang Wonyoung

Fifth generation idols are starting to appear as the faces of famous luxury fashion brands’ campaigns. It’s MEOVV’s Ella Gross‘ turn to be announced as Miu Miu’s brand ambassador. She follows in the footsteps of her seniors in the Korean entertainment world, namely IVE’s Jang Wonyoung and SNSD’s Yoona.

On April 30, 2025, Miu Miu’s official social media channels introduced Ella as their new face. “Miu Miu is proud to announce Ella, a member of K-pop group @MEOVV, as Miu Miu’s brand ambassador,” the announcement read.

The post also included several stunning photos of the idol, wearing the brand’s paisley print collection. According to the Design Scene page, quoted Friday (2/5/2025), Ella’s appointment signifies the Italian brand’s continued investment in next-generation talent and the global appeal of K-pop as a cultural force.

Since making her debut with MEOVV last year, the singer, who was previously known as ‘BLACKPINK’s Jennie’s doppelganger’, has quickly gained recognition not only for her vocals but also for her strong fashion sense. Her chic off-stage style, often characterized by a mix of sleek minimalism and subtle rebellion, aligns with Miu Miu’s aesthetic direction under Miuccia Prada.

The announcement follows Ella’s appearance at the Miu Miu Fall/Winter 2025 show in Paris in March 2025. She was seen among guests and global media wearing a white bandeau top and mini skirt, accessorized with several belt accessories as her fashion statement.

She completed her look with gray socks and kitten heels. Meanwhile, her hair was styled in a ponytail with the addition of minimalist jewelry that further enhanced the graceful and elegant impression.

Ella MEOVV’s presence is considered to provide a breath of fresh air

Her appearance sparked speculation among fans about a closer partnership with the brand. The confirmation now solidifies her role in Miu Miu’s growing network of brand ambassadors, which includes actors, models and musicians known for their ability to shape contemporary fashion narratives.

The collaboration not only underscores Ella’s growing influence but also reflects Miu Miu’s broader strategy to bring fresh energy to its campaigns and public image. The brand has increasingly looked to the world of music and digital culture to shape its identity, often blurring the lines between fashion presentation and performance.

With Ella, according to Design Space, Miu Miu is capitalizing on the momentum of MEOVV and the individuality of an artist who is quickly becoming known for her style. For Miu Miu, her appointment brings new relevance to the brand’s narrative of youth experimentation, particularly among Gen Z. Her distinctive image and international appeal make her a perfect fit for Miu Miu’s next chapter.
